Matcher.Work is a Browser extension powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash that works alongside you on job boards and company career pages. In one click, it:

1. Analyzes the job posting against your CV and your Ideal Job Profile (IJP).
2. Calculates a precise match score (0–100%) with a transparent, section-by-section breakdown.
3. Generates a tailored CV and a focused cover letter aligned to that role.
4. Flags potential red flags in the ad and surfaces culture/working-style signals.

It’s more than keyword matching. The AI weighs context (responsibilities, outcomes, working style), recognizes adjacent skills, and respects your goals—not just your history.
